O'Moore's proud of Féile side E-mail

O'Moores Camogie Club, based in Ballyfin comprises mainly of girls from Ballyfin, Rosenallis and Emo. It is a relatively new Club founded in 2004 when two existing Clubs Ballyfin and Mountmellick found that the had not enough numbers to continue so the merged under the name of O'Moores and chose the colours Sky blue Jersey and navy skirts. Since then numbers in all age groups have increased and in 2007 the Under 12 panel won the County Final, while the Under 14's won the County Shield final losing out by one point to St Bridgets of Rathdowney in representing the county at Feile. This year the under 14 side have already won the County title.

Clonad girls fall at the final hurdle E-mail

Despite failing to score in the Division 4 Camogie Féile na nGael Final at Páirc Uí Fhaolain, Portlaoise; the Clonad girls wore their Laois jersies with pride in this game and were unlucky not to make an impact in the final, after some brilliant displays in their earlier games.
